I have the chance to buy a thrush welded muffler for cheap and was curious if they were decent? I was told they sound alot like 40 series just alot cheaper but I cant find any sound clips of a welded muffler on a ls1 with shorty headers. Right now I have the stock exhaust on my 99 z other then shorty headers. I want something thats loud and deep rather then loud and kackles and pops. I'd appreciate any advice/help.
