tell me ifi was right

I am not for any type of illegal racing dont get me wrong here.i was at a party last night and i pulled up in my 96 z28 and i guy at the house pulled out a 100 dollars and said he could smoke my car by 2 car lengths at least. my car is stock but it is in almost perfect condtion and a rebuilt motor. his 96 gt is stock also and is not a rebuilt motor. Im not a jack *** so i turned down the race could i have taken his 100 bucks?

.....p.s how hard is it to change a gasket on a cylinder head on the lt1?

yeah you would have smoked him , about the head gasket im not too familiar with the LT1 but if its like anyother engine it shouldn't be hard
