Default Switch to reduce power?

Hey everyone, I was wondering if there would be any way to cut power from a z28 with a switch or something. Such as only having 200ish horsepower on the street and then unleashing the rest when needed. I understand controlling it with your foot but I'm looking for a way to completely hinder the power until a track day and such. Any ideas?

The engine doesn't make it's horsepower electrically, so you can't take some away that way. You could cut power to a couple of the fuel injectors. The engine would run like crap, go like a dog, and shake like hell though. But you would achieve your goal of reducing power. Lol

Well I guess you could put some kind of throttle stop on the car that won't allow wide open throttle, maybe something as simple as a block under the gas pedal.
It would have to be something in the way of hardware that can be installed and removed not an electrical switch.

Easy, buy a dozen eggs and place one between foot and pedal.
When it breaks, read Step above, replace it.
Seriously, mind control.
