Wanted to check on a question I think I already know the answer to. Can I swap my seats in my 1998 for the seats out of a 30th anniversary (1997)???

Question for about a month I have had a tick sound in my dash, it drives me nuts!!! It is worse when I first start and run the can in the am. If I shut the car off it goes away and then starts coming back. It is progressively getting worse has anyone had any experience with this?
