Default Swapped rear blinker socket / Now not blinking

Hi everybody! New to the forum and its my first post. I really doubt I'll be helping anyone anytime soon because I dont usually know the answer, but would appreciate help. I changed the rear driver side blinker socket because the bulb kept getting loose and not blinking. So I think even I can do this... lol. Now I changed it and now it doesn't blink. I want to find the "fuse relay" to check for continuity or just swap it. I read that its grey with 2 prongs under the dash but I cant find it. Thanks.

It should be on the right side of the steering column under the dash. Check out the attached pdf, that may help.

make sure you got the socket wires correct and the bulb is not in backwards.

Did you check the blinker fluid?
