Default Supercharged camaro?

I have a 2000 3800 camaro with a m49 tranny. I have an opportunity too buy a supercharged 3800 series II motor, my question its will it fit under the cowl area near the firewall? I'm not afraid of the work it will come with a PCM harness but no transmission. I would think the tranny would bolt up just fine. Anybody ever try this?

wont work. look at the sc, it comes out the back of the intake. look at the camaro and how much room you have at the back of the intake. yep this question has been asked a few time before.

Will it fit under the cowl, YES!

Will the PCM work... It can be programed to work.

Will you have a event free installation... NOPE not by a long shot

Not only will you have to deal with the intake like Craby mentioned but there are other issues with some of the accessories that dont fit the Camaro's engine bay. These can be corrected with some fabrication as can the intake issue but the whole job will be more expensive then other methods to gain 60 HP.
