Hey guys. I haven't posted here in quite a while, mainly because my car has had no problems to speak of. But I do have this one problem that I can't seem to solve, so I'm throwing it out there hoping some of you guys have experience with it. My car has had the check engine light on for several months now. The code is P0411-secondary air incorrect flow detected. Here's what I've done so far......replaced the air pump itself, all connected hoses, one check valve (the one in the top of the manifold on the drivers side), fuse, and relay. And I've checked, and the air pump actually works. Is there another check valve somewhere that I'm missing, or does anyone have any ideas at all on this? I've got about 8 more months before I have to have it inspected, and it has to be fixed by then. It's just driving me crazy that I can't find the problem. Seems I've done everything you can do to it, and still nothing. Help!

It came from an Innova 3100 hand held, which I assumed is a pretty good scanner. I'm not sure how different scanners could give different readings, but I'm sure it's possible if a scanner is more in depth. So did you have the cat changed and it got rid of the code?
