Default Stock coil pack

Hey all...

Just curious if anyone has upgraded the stock coil pack with MSD and if so, is it a worth the 600 bucks to do it. I have an 02 Z28 with 48000 miles on it and am not really lookin to create killer hp. The car is bone stock. I just ordered the SLP intake lid with high flow filter with the smooth elbow that SLP offers. I'm not lookin to create a monster (at least not at this time) just would like to make the engine run as efficientlly as possible. I understand that for that to truly be the case that headers and exhaust are in order but that will have to come later.

The stock coils are plenty good, unless you are seriously increasing the compression, or planning to incrase the RPM range by changing cam and heads. If there is no misfire, hot coils will accomplish very little.
