squealing pullies
when i run my engine the pulleys make a squealing noise. so i know this is a common thing with chevy v8s cause it happened on my dads suburban. but now its happening on my 2000 camaro ss and its really bothering me does anyone know of anything i can do to lubricate the pulley so it doesnt squeal anymore while the engine runs

I doubt very much that the pulleys are squealing, most likely the belt is slipping. Lubricating the pulleys or the belt is not going to work for long. Find out if any of the accessories are binding, and causing the belt to slip, make sure the belt is not glazed or damaged, and make the sure the tensioner is up to spec.

belt lube (belt dressing) is a really bad thing to use on serpentine belts it will cause the belt to slide off the smooth pulleys. like pete says im sure its not the pulleys themselves but the belt either too loose or just plain worn out, replace the belts and go from there. also get good quality belts like gaterback, in my experience there the best.
