Default Squeaking tensioner

So my belt was squeaking awhile back so I changed it(it was worn badly) the squeaking went away for like a day and came back. (its not a constant squeak anymore just a -squeak-squeak-squeak) After I replaced my alternator the squeaking was still there and when I took a closer look I noticed the plate behind the tensioner was rattling-

Could this be the cause of the squeaking?
I finally got my exhaust etc. on the car but hearing the squeaking can get annoying.

Go back to the post that you posted your video of your car running. Read my comments.

Did you remove the belt, spin each pulley by hand, and bounce on the tensioner like I asked you to in your other thread? Or are you still guessing at stuff?

Yeah, that thread again, then. There's helpful info in there, as long as one chooses to use it then, there.
