Default Springs/SS Hood

What's the chances the body shop could have installed my lowering springs in the wrong corners? I had the 1.7F/1.3R. Not sure it's sitting right...

And where's the best place to get an SS hood that isn't junk, by junk I mean that fits properly??

Nahh...they wouldn't. Post a pic. You can order a new hood, but be prepared to kick out $400-500. Have you checked cl or local yards?

Like I said in this post > https://camaroforums.com/forum/93-02...75/#post638069

Take it back to the people who installed them and have them check it out.

Keep checking craigslist for hoods. There was a guy not far from me selling an ss hood for $120. I was out of the country and missed it...GRRRR

Taking it back to them isn't an option. Long story.
As far as the hood, 400-500 is nothing. Insurance was lookin at 2500 from GM but they're discontinued. I'm afraid to get one that is gonna fit wrong. Not to mention this one has only been on two weeks and already has stress fractures.

So no way the springs are interchangeable? All I ordered was springs.

do you have numbers for the springs or better yet a link? im not finding any texas speed springs that you speak of. a rear spring isolator could be offset making one side rise. spring needs to set in there a certain way. the rear are larger around and not as strong as front, front need to hold more weight. i would think the rear would be crazy high and the front crazy low if they were installed front in back. the 4th gen camaro does set higher on the driver side by a tad, 3/8 to 1/2 inch. some say to make it level when driver is in the car.

This may be them. I originally ordered the BMR springs from them and after two weeks still never got a tracking number. So I called and they had been back ordered. He hooked me up with another set through them (the may have been Eibach) but I do know the we're black in color when they were delivered. Pretty sure they were 1.7/1.3
These only show 1".

FL -26 5/8"
FR -26 7/8"
BL - 26 7/8"
BR - 27 1/8"
I've noticed when taking right turns, not to fast but in my neighborhood... It's seems like its bottoming out some. Time fr new shocks? I just had them do the springs. Also bumps on the highway are scary for the rear end slamming.
