Default Spoiler TQ

What is the TQ value on the bolts for the rear spoiler on a 98 SS. It is rattling on the trunk hatch.

You sure it's the spoiler that rattling? Good and tight should be fine. If not, go back and tighten them even more. You shouldn't need a torque wrench to tighten a spoiler.

have you lost any weather stripping in the trunk area that can allow things to rattle together?

I'll have to check the stripping but the spoiler is moving when hand pressure is applied and there is wear marks on the trunk lid.
