Default Speedometer

Hey!! New here. Having an issue with my speedometer. Was out driving around with everything working fine. All of a sudden my speedometer dropped to BELOW zero and won’t move. The other gauges are working perfectly fine.

*note that the CEL is on for o2 sensor that i’m about to fix, there are no other codes*

go here and download factory service manual for your year. 1999-svcman. https://www.mediafire.com/?40mfgeoe4ctti speedo speed sensor should be at the back of the trans on the passenger side. at least that's what it shows in my 2k book.
