Spedo Problem
I just picked up a 95 Camaro and it has one of those crappy white gauge covers on the cluster that set on top of the original. I'm not sure if this is a problem with the cluster or not because I know you have to remove the gauge needles to install those things. The spedo is not working properly. It seems ok up to about 30 mph and then will not go past 40. Im on the freeway doing probably 80 and it reads 34 mph. Any ideas on where to start looking.
