Default Spark Plugs

Probably asked be for, but I'm asking directly about Autolite Copper/Spark Plug.

I hear that many like the NGK V power copper spark plugs, and there cheap enough. However i have a brand new set of autolite copper part num 106 i think(ill double check that in the morning). So my question is does anyone run these in their LT1? and if so how well do they do? I like Autolite plugs, but never used them in a LT1.

I don't mind buying the NGK, but seeing how i already have these on the shelf new in box dusting away why not. Anyhow feel free to put in your thoughts.

I run autolite in my 88 c1500 stroker build, and the plugs in it now or 3 years old(and it runs slightly rich). Still running strong, so wondered how they would do in the camaro. The engine is coming out of the camaro when it warms up for a rebuild, so why i ask about the autolites i already have. My luck based on what you said, they probably crap out this winter on me if i put them in. However i did just wire the new heater up in the shop/garage

I personally dislike bosch, but that's from many bad exsperinces with those products.

Like Craby says, I put whatever will last the longest becsauae I dread having to change them out. I gotta do that as I have a stumble at part throttle ever since my EGR waqs acting up. I have since repaired that, but I think a plug got fouled or something. I used cheap autolite platinum before. Think I'll go with the ngk laser iridium this time.

I never use iridium plugs, I'm a copper all the way guy. I'm going to stick the autolites in, and see how long they last in her.The autolite coppers in the truck have held up 3 years in a 340 stroker, they should work fine in a stock LT1.

Anyhow Its a worthy test for a follow up update later on results of how long they lasted if anything.
