Yes I'm aware. And I decided to not care.

Default Not an interior update, but exterior one

LT1 taillights, ftw. I was being supervised as well. And yes, they light up correctly, rewiring was done.

I received my custom gauge overlays last night from www.whitegauges.net. I spent about a week emailing back and fourth with Justin trying to get some details knocked out. Big thanks to him and his patience! The overlays are dark grey (they didn't offer black for the 'maro for some reason) with pink markings instead of red. He was able to match my color sample I sent him dead-on. I also got white LED bulbs to replace the factory ones for a different night time glowing effect. Here's some pics, I know they're not the best quality, but it's good enough for now. The pink color is also off-looking, but they ARE pink. They will be installed tomorrow.

So what wiring did you have to do to get the lt1 lights onto that body style? Car looks good by the way.

A very simple way. I found a thread on it on ls1tech.com. I just bought one GM light socket, pulled 2 of the wires out, stuck one in each of the sockets that only have 2 wires on my lights, then quick connected them to the correct lights. I don't even know which lights they were, I wasn't paying attention. I just followed the picture that was posted. But it works. It was a lot easier than I expected. I had to alter the actual taillights a little to make them a perfect fit. But it only took about 20 minutes to take everything apart, clean it up, rewire, alter, and reassemble. It went very smoothly.

So I installed my gauge overlays. I was excited about getting them, but now that they're in, I'm not so sure opinions? I have a before and after and with the new LEDs lit up, although hard to see the full illumination because of it being during the day.

The LED is kick a$$, But there's just something bout the grey that makes the gages look kinda cloudy during the day, imo. But the pontiac trim looks killer!! Good work!

Yeah. Like I said, I'm a little undecided about them now that I see them on. But if anything, I'd take the overlays off and keep the LEDs in along with the '99 bird trim. They were kind of expensive though. So I'm not sure.

I really like how this camaro is set up.... I was thinking a simular style bezel would look good with what your doing.
