Hello to all. I am considering a 1996 3.4 SFI V6 Camaro as my next project car.
I want to get some help from people who really know these cars. so I will leave a link
to the car here, and if you want to check it out and offer some info about this car, it

I would look at the engine and trans very closely, the 3.4 rebuild parts can be had but good used 3.4s are not at all easy to find. common issues are intake and/or head gaskets. a good low mile 3.8 that fits on the other hand are fairly common here in the states. fyi the 4th gen is engine and trans specific so switching to different type or size engine is not cheap or easy.

 

I would look at the engine even closer than closely, as the 96 model didn't come with a 3.4, the v6 option was the 3.8.
