Default serious problems

ok so I have a 1995 3.4 camaro recently i replaced my head gaskets, intake gaskets, O2 sensors, crank position sensor, harmonic balancer, cam position sensor, ignition control module, catalytic converter and just checked the timing chain. So the problem im having now that it starts sometimes but also sometimes i have to push on the throttle to get it to start and once it starts if i let off the throttle it stalls. Some ideas I have are maybe the fuel rail or fuel pressure regulator. Anyone have another idea?

Idle Air Control valve perhaps.
Going by your list, it looks like that, and a whole new short block are practically the only things you haven't tried yet!

Get it fuel-pressure tested -- your fuel pump may not be performing well enough, and or your fuel filter may need replacement. How many miles on the car? How many miles ago since the filter was changed? Ever run the car very low on gas? (If so, could be your fuel pump) Any codes?
