Default Sea foam!!!!!

So i recently just found out a product (and im sure some of you have also) called SEA FOAM.

I was wondering if anyone has any more information and/or how-to do it on my 1997 camaros, like what lines to put it in etc etc.

Sea foam claims it can fix whatever ails your car. If people continue using it all repair shops will soon be out of business. If it wasn't for the FDA the label would have instructions on how to use it to care for your own body's ailments. The one thing it does really good is to smoke out the neighborhood when it is burned inside the engine, good if bugs are bothering you.

Pete...you rock...

As far as Sea Foam goes, some people claim it works wonders. I'm with Pete.

Whoops, you mean you can't? I drank some of their "Deep Creep" product the other day. I thought it was a health elixir because the instructions said it frees up moving parts. I'm not gonna say what "moved"!!!

Sea Foam isnt that bad when you use it for a stabilizer say like for storage or something of that nature . IF you have a carbon issue it will clean that out somewhat. I had a cougar that had carbon issues ( throttle body ) basically I just poured it in the tank . Sea Foam didnt 100% clean it out but it did help.Like was said before it will cause it to smoke for a bit.

Default My mechanic said....

seafoam is the worst product on the market for your gas. Showed me some compairisons. It does not burn clean. He said barrimans burns the cleanest, which I find odd because barrimans is mostly toluline.(He told me this after I'd put the seafoam in and car runs rough now.) Can't wait to run out this tank!

Only thing I use Seafoam for is to run through my gas tank to clean out injectors. Other than that, I have no use for it. I'd much rather use Marvel's Mystery Oil.
