Default Schraeder valve cap
Not sure how it was spelt but I need to know where to buy a new schraeder valve cap (fuel pressure valve), I took mine off to bleed the pressure and accidently blew it off somewhere when I washed my car.

Bicycle supply store? Even Wal*Mart? I don't think they are any different from mundane Schrader valves...

the help section in most auto parts stores has them for the ac valves they should work

its bigger than a valve steam cap the help section or ebay is your best bet

Basic is right, I actually did try a valve stem cap from an extra tire I had, no bueno, the fuel pressure cap has a larger diameter

Edit* I tried eBay, can't seem to find one

id check the help section like mab said an ac cover should fit good

I was looking thru rock auto last night the sell a repair kit witch contains a new valve and cap it's 20 bucks tho

I lost mine and I never bothered replacing it.
