I'm an ex autobody painter so I am going to be handling the paint work myself I just need to buy the paint and that will run me about $200 ish for all the materials.

I think it would cost you more to drive here than to pay a shop a couple hundred to do it for you LOL... I have been to Chicago once... I stayed for 2 1/2 months and I only had 2 days to see the city. I spent the rest of the time in "great mistakes"

PARTS CAME TODAY!!!

OK I got my tower brace. Now some one here was asking for a HOW-TO on putting this in so I made a little quicky how-to on the job. This literally took me less than 10 minutes.

Now place brace over the studs sticking up and put the nuts back on.

Nice car and repairs.
The headlights are a real nice touch.
Gunmetal should really set the car off.

Well I have had a chance to drive Sarah a little now with the brace on and WOW what a change. The suspension is more responsive and where I used to feel flex in the chassis I cant feel it any more. I didnt even realise what I was feeling was flex until now that it is gone. This is going to be wierd going from my car to my wife's car, not only does her car have more power but I think I will really be able to feel the body move. I cant wait to see what the subframe connectors do to the stiffness of the car.

The only drawback I have found is more noise transfer from road imperfections.
