Default running headers to cats?

if i put a set of long tube headers on my car and run a set of flow through cats on it without a full exhaust, will i have any problems with my sensors, false CPU readings, engine damageor drop in power(i know that might sound stupid but w/o back preasure i think i might loose some power)

LT's will usually throw rear O2 codes even with cats. however a set of simulators will take care of that for you

Your loss in back pressure is the point of a long tube header, they're designed to scavenge exhaust and flow freely while retaining low end torque, this is why a tuned long tube is recommended over a non-tuned long tube because you'll see more low end torque gains. If you're running headers and cats your sensors should, key word should, be happy. You can't really tell until you try, but as Specter said, if you have any issues you should be able to get some O2 sims for your aft-cat O2 sensors.

Might just want to go for a basic tune, in addition.
