im getting 17x8.5 in the front and 18x9.5 in the rear.
Be careful if you do, the difference in rolling diameters may screw with your ABS and/or ASR.

I had 265/35/18 in front and 275/40/18 in rear for a better stance when I first got my wheels and it really screwed with my ABS etc. Now I have 275/40/18 all the way around and everything is fine.
.
I hadn't thought about the ABS getting messed up with different tires sizes. Good thing my car doesn't have it

I have the C6 18x9.5 all the way around wrapped with Avon M550's... wheels/tires from tirerack.com for whoever was asking about the C6's

Anyway, I had thought about getting the same wheels as I have now but in 19' but tires are too much to begin with plus Im afraid of losing performance. Personally I like the 18's, take a look at my sig.
I didn't see c6 wheels on tirerack when i put in 99 camaro or corvette. also, do the 18's affect your performance? right now i have 20's that came with the car and they are horrible for performance obviously.

From what I've read, 18's are a happy medium for size and performance.

Feel free to send those 20's this way, i'd throw them on for a while

When you go to Tirerack you have to put in like 2006 'vette C6 Coupe.

Anyway, when I had the 18's on my V6 with like 120k mi on it, still having stock suspension it kinda sucked when it came to turns etc and I lost quite a bit of acceleration, no wheel spin with the automatic on dry pavement... stock wheels, I'd burn the tires off. Now that I have the SS and put the 18's on it, it handles them so much better than the V6 as far as handling. However I dont know what the SS would feel like with the stock 17's but I'm more than satisfied with the 18's.
