Replacement of fog light bulbs on 98 Camaro

Hi,

I have a '98 and I want to replace my burnt out fog lights bulbs. I haven't seen any instructions on my model year. I think I know were to begin but I just want to make sure before I tear into it.

If I remember correctly there is an access panel under the car on both sides where you can get to the fog lights and the turn signals

Thanks, That is were I thought the access was and I've replaced them
