I agree with whoever said that it doesn't look like your car needs a rebuild. I mean, what's wrong with it now? Haven't you managed to at least eliminate all the symptoms?

 

I havent managed to fix somethings... but it seems to be running fine.. red light still comes on once the car warms up... Right now i think ive got to worry about my alternator, radiator, exhuast, air intake, tires and then some other interior/exterior stuff.... Last weird problem i had was when i was getting on the freeway under semi hard acceleration it tried to revv up to 4k rpms before i realized it was just whining and not shifting, i let off the gas an it shifted and i was able to continue on my merry way.

You kno what... Ive had a revelation sitting here at my computer.. I love my car.. Its got sentamental value.. alot of sentamental value.... This car chose me.. it needed someone to rescue it from the ****** who owned it before me.... and i met my girlfriendwhile i was driving it around and she loves it too..As Deep Purple once sang:
This is my car and its gonna stay that way until it blows up or falls apart at the seams.
