Default Radiator Replacement

I bought a radiator through work since i get a discount and the current one is full of rusty colored gunk and i dont like the looks of it. How hard is it to change it out? Not familiar with replacing them on this car. Whats the length of time it usually takes someone to change one in these cars normally?

V6 or V8? There's a bit of a difference but I can do the one mine (V8) in about a half hour and a beer, but I've done it a few times already. Not a bad idea to buy a manual for the car. But off the top of my head you have to disconnect:
Upper rad hose
Lower rad hose
Trans lines
Coolant level sensor
Fan wiring and fans
Over flow tank tube

I think that about covers it. Might as well flush the system. Take the battery out and then overflow tank and wash that out real well. I did that when I first got my car and my God I didn't think the stuff would ever end.

flush engine and heater core separately. don't want to send gunk from engine through the heater core or vice-versa.

The brown gunk in the radiator that looked like rust was the old Dex cool antifreeze. If you do not change it every 3-4 year it turns into what looks like brown mud. Normally you can just pull the radiator and back flush it with a garden hose. I have heard of car that where so bas and the radiator packed so tight they where not worth the time it would take to flush them but most of the clean up pretty quickly.
