My first car was a 66 Mustang 6Cyl. That car got wrecked after hydroplaning in 8" of water in a huge downpour. I replaced it with a 66 Mustang GT (48K original miles) and I restored that car to about 90% complete. I sold it because I needed a car as a daily driver and that car was worth too much. I got a 60 Chevy short Step, with a Tri-powered 327/TH400 and since then I have had a GM product in my driveway at all times. I enjoyed working for Chevy more than Ford, the way GM builds cars just seems more logical. All cars are going to break no matter who makes them so I drive one that looks good and is cheap to fix.

Nope, but they did have an stainless steel exhaust upgrade starting just after the Y-Pipe -- I have it on my SS -- their Dual Dual setup.

no 4th gen camaro came with headers from the factory. all SLP changed was the catback system. i, too, have a stainless cat-back which is known as the 2 on the left exhaust. hard as hell to find these days
