Default quick question about the ss

I was wondering if the 93-97 ss camaro came with full length headers or if they were mid length. I was thinking of getting them and putting them on mine, after i got them coated if they were full length. Thanks to anyone who responds.

Manifolds are from the factory. Headers are aftermarket.

SLP put on exhausts in the 98-02 years where the tips were centered and a rear valance was added, they added I think 5 or 10 hp on paper.

I'm pretty sure that was just Y pipe and muffler is what they changed on the slp camaros and left the manifolds the same as stock, But since the SLP ones weren't even made those years it doesn't really matter anyway. So the SS "headers" would be the same as yours If you took them off of an SS of those years.

SLP only modified the cats back they left the stock Y and manifolds on the car. By adding a high flow cat and better tuned muffler they added a few ponies to the car. There are usually exhaust leak issues with most headers so to prevent alot of warranty work GM didnt want SLP to add headers to the package like some of the Mustangs got. The factory headers put on Mustangs were major complaint issues on Mustangs when I was a tech at Ford.
