Default Quick Fuel Question about 100+ octane

just wondering what would happen to my 95 z28 if i added 100+ octane to the fuel (91 octane) at the drag strip. would my computer adjust to the higher octane or would it just screw my car over? Thanks

Octane is gasoline's ability to resist detonation.

You'll get a little extra carbon in the combustion chamber...and not much else.

Racing fuel doens't help the car until you're pushing some major compression or forced induction. On an interally stock motor it's useless.
