Default Problem With My Camaro

Hello,
I am having an issue with my 1998 Camaro 3.8 V6. The first problem is my horn, when it started the horn would go off if you pulled down on the steering wheel or if you would tilt the wheel down. Then when it would get hot outside the horn would randomly go off. I initially suspected a short inside the steering wheel but it only goes off when tilted. The next issue im having is the fuse for the a/c compressor and cruise control keeps blowing. All of these problems started at the same time so I was wondering if there was any fix to explain everything. Any help at all is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

sure sounds like its in the column. both issues are in it. i would suspect something pinching the harness and shorting wires.
