Lol. I know somebody who did that same thing with a 60's vintage GTO back when it was still under new car warranty. Service guys didn't question the white writing on the window. They don't care, they still get paid by GM.

Well, I recently had mine up for auction on ebay at $6500, with the reserve at $6k. $6500 is FAIR KBB trade value for a '98 Z28 Convertible with 82k miles. Most issues with the car are cosmetic and 90% of them would be solved with new front seats and a detail.

What I find absolutely hilarious is that there are people out there that will pay $6500 for a Camaro with 150xxx on the clock because the interior is perfect. They'll end up spending thousands on an F'd up transmission or engine, but as long as it looks nice...LOL.

I'll redo the seats and fix the minor issues and then, if I want, will sell it for at least $10k. Too bad I don't live in FL anymore-this kid could have stolen my car.

And, you can bet if it has a rollcage installed in it, it hasnt exactly been "babied." Had to throw that in...
