Pressed for time, need help!

Sorry, I have a lot going on personally and work-related as well. I'll have enough pictures to do a write-up for the wheel, and I can hack my way through the turn signal switch one

Found the issue with the wipers. Turns out one of the wires got crushed when I put the steering column back together, and was shorting out:

Wipers work now, but when I use the wiper fluid, only the fluid comes out, and the wipers don't engage. I have to manually turn on the wipers for them to work. Oh well. Can't have my cake and eat it too, I suppose
