im thinking about putting in a slip lid, ebay lids are safe?

 

You never can tell with E-bay stuff. It could be the SLP lid it may not. I cant think of any reason why the lids would not be safe so long as they are made to specs and will clear the hood they should not cause any issues.

I'll post up pics once I install the SLP CAI and my UMI STB

 

I went and took a new engine bay pic today. I had to wipe away some ice from the cowl area due to the excellent time of year we're in.



I had an SLP CAI on it for a short time, but saw no gains and the thing transferred too much noise for my liking.

 

 

This is my o1, nothing special right now, cept K&N AF
