Default Possible future camaro owner

Hi. I am currently looking at possibly purchasing a camaro. I am coming here for some insight. I am not familiar with the LS motors. My biggest concern with the car I'm currently looking to possibly purchase is the high mileage on the block. Just looking for some helpful info from you experts here. This would be the car in question:

All info is appreciated. Thanks

what helps is the year ,well leaks we just had alot of these threads if you look ,what kinda miles ,i been looking at camaros in newyork graigslist as i live in nH,an there are many fine 60.000. mile cars there i seen 4 ss cars 2 owners 3 were black for $6000,00 under ,look for how it shifts ,look under the car for rust ,theres a ton of them there i would save for good one at a good price too, your link does not work ,look at the .oil is it just changed check the back of engine for leaks ,generaly any high miles car is going to have something going on ,just my experience look at other threads ,to some 140.000 is low miles depedning on.age ,an other 100.000 is high ,. i wont. buy anything with over 100,000 .personal choise ,but some of the best deals i seen on the 4 gen cars are in newyork ,i been looking for donor car for like $500.00 but closer to home, most seem to talk about manifold gasket leaks to watch out for ,an funny noice from engine dont buy

5k isn't bad for the mods it has and the year it is. Only thing going against it is the miles. Now if it's been taken care of then the miles aren't too big of a deal but that's still 200k miles. You need to look at it and test drive it if you can. I notice the drivers seat is pretty rough. That doesn't necessarily speak for the whole car but then again if it were me I'd be thinking it wasn't taken care of as much. Also with those mods you have to wonder if it's been driven hard a lot or not. Best bet at this point is go check it out if you can. Ls motors are great. If it's been taken care of and doesn't need any major repairs, 5k isn't bad. If you can't go look at it, see if the seller will put up more pics.

no no no ,you .dont know what the guy actually put in it ,he does not get paid back for extras ,there was 4 cars 6 speed or not ,under.60.000 miles for 6000.00 as low as 5000.00 hold off for stock camaro that you can do something with ,i could have had an ss 2001 with 87.000 5000.00 ,look in your state newyork theres a ton of them ,thats about mabey 1500.00 car ,no matter what a used ls1 sells for ,to me. its worthless ,guy above thats bad ,we had one guy get one 50.000 miles $5400 or close i thought for sure the price was way under 2000.00,the guy above must be used to paying to much for a used car ,others chime in to me its 500.00 car, theres better deals to be found ,youwait with winter comeing the prices will drop even more

bring a 4k wad of money and another 500 in wallet. look it over and do your best to find things wrong and point them out. then if it looks good offer 4k and go from there.

You must find some really good deals. I've never seen an ls1 with 50k miles goes for 5k but maybe I didn't look hard enough. Usually with 50k miles in good condition they are above 9k. I don't see him gettin an ls1 for $1500 either but then again maybe I don't know where to look. I've been looking all over the internet and haven't found anything that cheap with that low of miles. If you do share the link with everyone.
