i seen an ss on graigs list 87.000 miles 5000.00 i near wanted to sell the 3800 nice red color .i just got an get it but i have z28 thats way above stock now ,i would not pay that much for a car with .50.000 miles ,i would keep searching, wait for a great deal thats almost half of .retail for a car with near 100.000 the one of 6 cars you mention or 5 ,the one i was looking at is in the newengland area for 9500.00 you should be .able to to do way better for a z28 or ss,i paid 5000.00 for my 95 in 08 with 69.000 miles very clean .some are just asking way to much that cars .com . is getting there .share,i relize they have gone up a bit ,.the 50.000 miles car is out there fo 10.000 or less ya thats to much i think ,theres allways someone on ebay who needs to the money for less.craigs list i got my 99 3.8 88.000 2000.00 .but put 1000 in it ,still un.der private sale ,i seen one awhile back had minor fender bender ,an they knew when they sold it 16.000 miles for 8500.00 was a deal i seen the car was like off the showroom floor .sometimes car fax does not give much for thos minor fender benders .all it was was replacement of driver fender ,i would have been all over that another red one z28,there out therte dime a dozen .just dont pay to much ,an take good look at that car, that about 3 to 4000.00 to much ,so they are makeing money to sell the car for the dealer ,dont buy from a dealer ,if your a.smart buyer stay on craigs list an you will find. one for sure, sometimes Auction are good way to go an get 50.000 mile car for about 6000.00 7000.00 ebay,i did a quick search Arizona ,wow the prices they ask are like night an day .8000 for a car with 114.000 ,i would be willoling to traval if iwas you take flight an pay to ship the right car ,if there cheaper in texas that can be true ,the thin you got going on there is you can drive year round .but i still think you can find one .there is some stupid prices out there.one 194k 7500.00 what planet does the one live on,i wonder what happen to everything costing more in the north,..just dont be in a hurry ,the ones selling thse cars for way to much may get a sale ,but most will have to drop them down ,or let them sit an get more miles ,that ss i was looking at is still there $5000.00 ,you be.better off to like said jump on southwest flight ,an have car shipp.ed to you ,fo the price there asking $12.500. you should be able to find one 35.000.range, 98 to 02 cars the base .model covertable with leather was the same $25.000 sticker price . as a z28 with cloth $25.000-so they were the same price .off the showroon floor..for the options .,the ss i think you pay for the name unless you shop,so for a car that is 14 years old to pay half of what retail was then think about it ,hope this helps ,you could own 2 for one

I agree with what these guys are saying. The first car you posted has probably been driven hard. My Camaro is a 95z and had 108k miles when I got it but it was a one owner car and the owners were older people and took great care of it. Payed 5300 and it was well worth it. Keep your eyes open for single owner cars if you can. As with the first ss you posted, if you find one with lots of mods it's probably been driven hard. Your right, it's hard to shop online :/ keep us updated

RPO sticker shown does not have Y2Y,
An SS will have fiberglas fenders, hood with scoop, and doors.
Take a frig magnet along for proof.

It all depends on your gut feeling.
