RE: Posi Traction on all 4th gens?
It came with the V8 cars. And for winter driving it is almost useless. Both rear wheels lock up and loose traction at the same time. This causes the back of the car slide off to one side, usually to the right if the road is crowned.

Posi or Positraction was Chevolets name for a Limited Slip rear. Also it was a extra cost or required option on certain models (RPO G80). Don't show your lack of knowledge by calling a Limited Slip a "Posi".[sm=chairshot.gif]
