Default Porting stock TB with Dremel's grinding bit

Is it alright to port the metal TB with the orange cylinder grinding bit that came with the dremel or should I go get a cone shaped carbide grinding bit?

neither. it won't be smooth and that's the purpose. Use the brown cylinder for sanding. the TB metal is very soft it will cut.

You really shouldn't be "porting" your TB as a DIY project. If you mean polishing it then that will help, but not enough to make it worth doing.

Yea if have to ask you shouldn't be doing it. Not to sound like **** but its true. Machining is not for diy person. That's why most mechanics end up taking it to a machine shop.
