Default Please Help!

Hey guys first time been on this site and been on other forums before so i understand we all dont like repeated questions but trust this a little different and i looked through all the forums couldnt find anything related to my situation. So here it goes.

(by the way im not going to pull a Peter)....Sorry peter no hard feelings

I have a 93 3.4 camaro had to replace blown head gaskets with set of felpro gaskets. Now when rebuilding the top end i made sure i replaced the head bolts and everything else. However Started the camaro yesterday (service engine light came on) and since i have the cat off it sounds like i have a dozen of harley's. It sounds like its miss firing. It is blowing out smoke (fadesh whitesh black if that make sense) has hard time accelerating idles fine wouldnt say its perfect. Now I tested the exhaust fumes by taking a brand new clean flex pipe and sticking it were that cat was (explains why i had it off. After running it for 5-10 minutes pulled the flexed pipe off and it is pitch black. Now there is a strong gas oder and i pull my brand new set of ngk plugs out and every single plug was wet with fuel and had a little carbon build up. They all looked the same. So after comparing the data and also seeing one of my o2 senors snaped i decided to replace it. Now on a complete cold start it runs perfect and no smoke, but if turned off than restart it
smoke is back and runs like crap again.

After saying what the heck(drive and see what happens)found out thatonce getting the car reved up it will notrev down below 3000 rpms it just stays there plus the brakes down work. Now im thinking that eitherA) i didnt ground something right or B) my relay Box is damaged

and why i say that is becauseit feeds everything that is not work(ABS, INJectors ect...)With everything i just told you please give me your opinions.
keep in mind i did a full tuneup including fuel filter, regand everything else. And pleasedo not tell getit scaned because i will gothat route if i cant find a logical reason behind this.

thank guys
