im looking to buy a 95 z28 but all the ones ive looked a so far have this problem with shifting from first to second. they all jerk a little is that normal?
im thinking its because of the Flow master but what do i know. i need a car fast too because my car was just stolen and ive been getting rides from other people

 

explain jerk.. Is it a 6 speed or an automatic. When does it jerk?

 

its an automatic and it jerk going from first to second. it also jerks when you put it in to drive. and both times the jerk feels the same. it feels like its kicking into gear but it doesnt feel normal but then again this is my first time driving a camaro. i was driving an acura integra befor it got stolen. the guy said that he got the car from a friend and his friend put in a new transmission and rebuilt the engine but he doesnt have any paperwork for any of it. its not a big jerk but i just dont want any transmission problems latter on dow the line. i dont have money for that kind of pain in the neck. i called someone else about their ad on craigs list and he said his car does the same think. thats why i was wondering if it normal for the camaro to do that.
