ok im finally getting around to painting my 96 Camaro Z it needs it well i wanna do something kinda custom to it. was hoping you all could help me find some custom 4th gen camaro paint jobs in black im dead set on keeping it black but i dont want just a plain paint job. so far i want chrome camaro lettering bullit grill LT1 badges and clear side markers as long as it goes with the car. so far i came across one paint job i liked what do you guys think?

It comes down to what you prefer. We might not like what you do or Vice versa.

 

That's a nice looking paint job. The old style hockey stripe works pretty well with it. And the first gen Z/28 emblem adds a real touch of class!

 

depending on where you are, gimme a holler when you wanna paint it! Thats what i do for a living. Wait til i get mine done, It's gonna look nice.

as an example...........I hate the hockey stripes, looks so teenagery on a 4th gen..but thats just my opinion, thats why its your car to do like you want it.

OP before u make up your mind about the hockey sticks go find a 4th gen that has them and look at it in person. i was dead set on them for mine till i actually saw them on a car and it looks WAY awkward. also u should invest in a good hood. IMO the lt1 hood is way too ordinary.

idea for the color:

sunset orange metallic, one of my fav colors. especially with the right hood accents and rims.

 

i wouldn't change colors just because its going to cost more to do and its a ***** to change colors.

i like black...its by far the sexiest color there is(that's my opinion)...get an SS hood...they just look badass

 

yeah u can't go wrong with black...or an SS hood. i just have a special place in my pants for sunset orange.
