Can i use a 96 on a 94 distributor?

 

Not sure which is which that you're asking, but the simple answer is no.
For the Camaro, 93-94 is one style opti, 95-97 is a different style.
They aren't interchangeable between those years without doing some serious mechanical changes to the engine.
