I've been working on the car a lot recently. The previous owner was an idiot, so tons of things were messed up. Thought I'd share the little accident we had yesterday. While trying to replace the cowl (fire damage) my dad accidentally cracked the windshield (prying with a pry bar). I was doing the same thing before it broke for him. Safelite came out today to fix it (220 dollars. ) and they'll be coming out again in two days, because the new glass is distorted.

We were pretty pissed at first, but I think it's pretty funny now that it's over.
This was after a long day of replacing struts on another vehicle and straightening out my evap issues. I think the fumes got to us.

 

Damn...that sucks.
