well i got 4 est. today 2 from big collison repair centers and then 2 local small shops that do more work on classic cars. the two big shops est were $3500 and $2700 and the resto shops were $1900 and $2200. two shops say they can save the door while the others said its junk. my main cause for trying to save the door is all the decals that are in the door. the lower two are generic for all the cars but is there any way to save or replace the decal that has all the rpo codes on it?

you could try heating it up and peeling it off it should loosen the adhesive... but it has been there for 14 years

well i found the shop its going to. they work on classic cars most of the time but were way cheaper than the big repair shops. this shop know how to get the decals replaced and will do so. they have to replace the door because i noticed it cracked the door in the jamb and shoved it forward. the quater is saveable and then the whole side is going to get sprayed then blended in im getting as well new emblem and side molding as well.
