Default Which one would you choose?

Need your advice and opinion on which one would you choose?

1. 1997 SS Silver with 102k miles. Dealer lot priced at $7500 Don't know much about it yet, probably going to go look at it this weekend.

2. 1999 Z-28 Arctic White with 90k miles. Car has the SLP Package, Limited Slip Posi-Traction Rear End and optional Selective Traction Control. Pinion bearing went out in the rear end so the rearend was rebuilt. Had issues with fuel pump, they tried three different AC Delco Fuel pumps to get the right one. Private seller listed at $6999

3. 1997 Z-28 30th Anniversary Mistic Green with 68k miles. Private seller listed at $7000 Not entirely crazy about the color green.

My gut feeling is to go with number 2 because of the LS1 minus the repairs that have been made but I'd love to have an SS. What are your thoughts.

I'd go with 2 also (I am assuming the fuel pump issue is corrected?) and try to offer less.. cash in your hand can be pretty convincing.

Does that 97 SS have the anniversary package? Is it white with orange stripes?

Good question...I thought that the 97 ss ONLY came with the anniversary package...or is that incorrect?

go with the 1999 but have cash in hand and start low. Then, use the cash you saved to change the headlights because they are darn ugly

The 97 SS is silver and the net listing is limited. It is pictured with SS hood but for all I know it could be a Z28 and dealer saying it's an SS. I'll know more when I go take a look at it.

Either way the 99 Z28 is faster...and more reliable
