Whats that sound is it an exhaust leak? It stoped after about 5 seconds of driving...well it was still there but you can barely hear it.

That is lifter noise. What did you have done to the car? Lifter noise can be caused by mis-adjustment (non likely on a 3800) , low oil pressure, Dirt in the oil, failing lifter "pump" or a failing cam/roller.

I didnt do anything to the car i might need to add a bit of oil i aded onpy 4 quorts so ill do it today r u sure its that noise for sure?

What is the oil pressure reading with engine at normal operating temp? Remove the valve cover and see if you can determine which rocker is making noise.

you only added 4qts? when? If it was after an oil change then you will need another qt. The engine takes 5 qts.

Is there any tutorials out there on how to remove the valve cover? I don't want to mess it up

Driver's side
remove coil pack, remove brackets that are in the way, remove valve cover.

Pass side.
Remove alternator brackets, remove engine lift bracket in the back (cuss alot over this) remove valve cover.

Just a little fyi...being a quart low is not going to cause the lifters to make noise.
