Get a car loan for 4K, buy the car, then use the 2K you have to look good at paying off the loan. Could always see if the local auto parts store has the 12 oz duplicolor paint matched to your paint code. Can't say I've ever used it since I'm not a fan of it, but I'm sure it'd work well.
