oil pan?

yes, you have to take bolts out of front mounts and lift the front of the motor as far as you can. then if the balance lobs on the crank are in the way you will need to turn crank till pan clears. its almost easier to pull motor but not.

I just did it for the second time this past weekend its not hard at all took me about 30 min to get it out. you also have to remove the driver side cat, and oil dipstick tube. I also just unbolted the y pipe from the flange it lets the motor go up a little further because the y pipe will hit the floor pan if left attached. I think you might have to remove the starter too mine was cracked so I had it out anyway. I also recommend using a felpro permadry gasket.
