yeah because I know I've seen something that the 95-97 was a 210/220, and the upgrades were the 180/160.

I don't know if all LT1s are the same or not, but mine is 180 degrees, and everything I have found says that is the stock temp for a '94 Z28.

need to bleed the air out again,,,, and again,,,, and again. park the car on a hill with the front on the up side. let cool and fill the radiator, then open the bleed screws till fluid comes out and close. the high one on the hose will not bleed till the motor is running. refill the radiator and start motor. if the fluid level lowers fill and bleed air outa the high bleeder recheck coolant level and put cap on radiator. need to do this before the motor heats up. ok now take the car for a ride around the block and back, park and let cool and do it all over again. air gets stuck in there and messes the ability of the coolant to cool.

had to fill radiator with about 2 gallons of water.. meaning the fluids are going somewhere as they do not leak. sounds done to me /:

Also, you need to check that your fans are coming on when they should. But the fans are really only an issue in slow traffic driving (ie stoplight to stoplight). Highway driving and the fans shouldn't be an issue at all.

only one of the fans work, the other one makes a weird noise, and the guy who had the car before me made it so you can turn on the fans manually also

if you dont bleed the aire out it will almost always overheat or run hot. the 4th gen lt1 has a reverse flow cooling system so there are places in it that will hold air if not blead out. that causes hot spots that skew the cooling system. heres a good write up on it and some tests you can do.
