Good to know that my engine has been maintained. For the 2 years Ive owned it Ive tried to do my best at keeping it running clean. Next thing im doing is fuel injectors. Either cleaning the originals, or buying new ones. My injectors are really loud for what ever reason. I used a stethoscope and put it on the fuel rail near each injector and they make quite the noise. lol

they do click, check to see if you have an injector shop near you. ususally in the area of 20 bucks each to have them cleaned, flow tested and flow matched. new injectors will be within manufacture numbers but odds are they will not be flow matched well.

Don't really know what flow matching is :/ But i don't really want to buy new ones. They're a lot more expensive than i thought. lol. No shops near me either so ill probably have to have them shipped out. i know they click normally but should i really hear them clear as day while i'm in the car. lol. Only other time ive heard injectors that loud is when some went bad in my dads Dakota. I hate to keep referencing that truck but damn did i learn a lot from that thing. lol.

Just a FYI, I have not heard of an injector getting louder before it fails on a GM product. Some injector are slightly louder then others even from brand new off the truck. I think you are worrying about a non-problem.
