Default Non-stock clutch replacement

Without a dyno test (which would be kind of hard without the car running) Im guessing Ill have around 450-500 horsepower and a unknown amount of torque when I get her all back together. With those in mind Id appreciate any clutch input because I plan on replacing it soon and Im not sure what I should go with.
